Counseling Practicum Student
Are anxiety or depression affecting your ability to fully engage with your life? Do you feel stuck, unsure of how to move forward? Whether you’re grappling with grief, facing challenges in relationships, or working through past or current trauma, I believe that you possess the resilience and strength to create meaningful change.

My goal is to connect with you on a deeper level, to truly understand your experiences, and to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey toward healing. Using a holistic approach, we’ll explore how your past and present experiences shape the areas of your life where you seek transformation, and together, we’ll set goals for growth and recovery.

Education and Background
I’m a native Texan, holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baylor University. I am currently working toward my master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Liberty University. My professional background includes patient advocacy and healthcare administration, but my true passion lies in mental health. When I’m not studying or counseling, I love writing poetry, creating collages, and spending time with my cat, Rory.
