Treatments We Offer

SEXUAL ADDICTION

Sex addiction is never about sex: it's about medicating past pains and hurts. Our counselors are trained to work with you to explore the root issues that maintain your addiction and to help you find freedom.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH & CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS

Our counselors work with clients on a variety of issues. We work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, trauma and PTSD, bipolar, and other mental health issues. Our goal is to help you better understand your struggle and provide you tools to find relief.

CHRISTIAN PERSPECTIVE

Our counselors  are trained to integrate secular counseling skills with Biblical truths and values. However, our goal is not to impose personal values or even change a client's beliefs. We respect the religious beliefs of all clients and will work with anyone who is ready to work towards individual and relational growth.

Have you ever found yourself wishing that you had someone you could talk to about the important things that weigh heavy on your heart and mind, but felt like it was too much of a burden for anyone in your life to bear?  Have you ever wished that someone could help you figure out how to deal with the challenges that lie ahead of you?  Do you have a secret that you’ve been hiding that you need to share with someone?  Do you feel overwhelmed and wonder if you can even continue on?  Adult life presents challenges that, at times, leave us feeling scared, lonely, confused, angry or even hopeless.  These are times when we might benefit from seeking help outside of ourselves.  There is no shame in asking for help. Each of us, at some point in our lives, will go through difficult times when we need the assistance of others to help us get through to the other side.  Counseling is an excellent source for that type of help.

Counseling is designed to help participants sift through the difficulties of life in such a way that they become more understandable and therefore more manageable.  One goal is to provide a safe place for clients to come and talk about anything that is on their minds.  It’s a place where no topic is off limits, and nothing needs to be held back.  Another goal is to help clients identify and break down patterns of thinking or behavior in their lives that could be causing repeated harm or distress.  Counseling can have so many benefits for those who participate in it.  It could just be the answer you’ve been looking for!  Give it a try!
